How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Planely and tap Cancel Subscription. You can cancel anytime.
Does Planely work offline?
Planely needs an internet connection to sync your plans between your devices and to turn your voice into text. We will add more detail here when Planely is released.
Where is my data stored?
On our servers, so that your tasks, habits and plans sync between your devices and are kept if you change phones. We never sell your data. Read more in Planely privacy.
How do I delete my account?
In Planely, open Settings and choose to delete your account. This deletes your account and all your data from our servers. If you need help, write to us.
How do I export my data?
In Planely, open Settings and choose to export your data. You get a copy of everything you have created.
