Terms of Use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms explain the rules for using our website and Planely. We have tried to keep them short and in plain words.
Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and AYSUNOVA LLC (“Aysunova”, “we”, “us”). They apply to our website, aysunova.com, and to Planely, our first app. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Using our website
You are welcome to browse aysunova.com. Please do not try to break, overload or misuse it. The text, the Aysunova name and logo, and the design of the site belong to Aysunova, so please do not copy them or use them as your own.
Using Planely
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Planely on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal use, under these terms and the rules of the App Store.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Planely. Please keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has access to it, write to us.
Acceptable use
Please do not use Planely to break the law, to try to reach other people’s data, to disrupt our servers, or to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app. If an account breaks these rules, we may suspend or close it.
The App Store
If you got Planely from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and Aysunova, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for Planely or its support.
Subscriptions
- Planely is offered as a subscription through the App Store. If a free trial is offered, its length and the price after it are shown before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Billing and cancellation are handled by Apple, not by us.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel anytime in Settings on your iPhone: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Planely.
- Because Apple handles all payments, we cannot give refunds ourselves. Refund requests go to Apple, and Apple’s rules apply.
Your content
Your tasks, habits and plans stay yours. You only give us permission to store, process and sync them so that we can provide Planely to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Planely running well, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features over time. If we ever stop offering Planely, we will try to give you notice and time to export your data.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Planely after an update, the new terms apply.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Planely and this website are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we do not give any promises about them beyond what these terms say, and we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Planely in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If the consumer law where you live gives you more protection, or the right to bring a claim in your local courts, these terms do not take that away.
